Terms of Use for Bill to Escrow Program for Electrical Services

Effective Date: 7.1.24

Welcome to our Bill to Escrow Program for Electrical Services. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Escrow must be open and active at the time of service initiation.
   • The property must be under a valid purchase agreement.
2. Services Provided:
   • The program covers electrical inspections, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the client or as required by the terms of the sale.
   • All services will be performed by licensed and insured electricians.
3. Payment Terms:
   • Payment for services will be deferred until the closing of the property.
   • Upon closing, payment for the electrical services will be disbursed directly from the escrow account.
4. Client Responsibilities:
   • Clients must provide proof of an open escrow account and a copy of the purchase agreement.
   • Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen issues or additional work required will be communicated and must be approved before proceeding.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   • Services can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
   • If the sale does not close, the client is responsible for the payment of services rendered.
6. Liability:
   • While our electricians strive for perfection, we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control.
   • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7. Dispute Resolution:
   • Any disputes arising from the use of this program will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with California law.
8. Amendments:
   • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
